1. Interpretation

“Products” means bicycles and accessories offered for sale by along. “Services” means assembly and safety briefing arranged by along or its authorized service partners. “Website” means weridealong.com. “we”, “us”, “our” means Leap Originals FZ‑LLC, Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. “you”, “your” means the purchaser of Products or Services.

2. Application of these Terms

These Terms apply to all sales of Products and Services by us via the Website or otherwise. Together with your order and our order confirmation (the “Contract”), they form the entire agreement and supersede all prior statements not set out here. The Shipping & Returns Policy and the Warranty Policy are expressly incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms.

3. Placing an Order

Products and prices shown are an invitation to treat, not an offer.
By clicking Place Order, you make an offer to purchase under these Terms.
We may reject orders (e.g., incorrect details, payment failure, unavailability). A Contract forms when we send the order confirmation.
Acceptance does not guarantee availability; if unavailable, we will notify and refund.

4. Price & Payment

Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise. UAE shipping is included in the product price.
Payment is taken at checkout by credit card or bank transfer. Cash on Delivery is not available.
We may correct pricing or information errors. If your Contract is affected, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Amounts are payable in full without set-off or deduction, except as required by law.

5. Risk & Ownership

Ownership passes to you when full payment is received.
Risk passes on delivery to the delivery location you provided.

6. Delivery

Territory: United Arab Emirates only.
Method: Ground‑level delivery (large cartons) to the closest accessible point. Stairs and elevators are not supported. Adequate access and safe indoor storage must be available.
Timelines: Typically 2–3 working days (standard UAE working days/hours).
Proof of delivery: A recipient should be present to sign or provide digital proof of delivery.
Address changes: Allowed up to 2 days before the delivery day (applies to delivery and assembly). After that, delivery/assembly fees apply and are non‑refundable.
Failed delivery: If delivery fails (no recipient, inaccessible location, unsuitable conditions), a redelivery fee applies at courier cost.
Carrier delays: After dispatch, deliveries are handled by third‑party carriers. While we do our best, carrier delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

7. Assembly & Safety Briefing

Home assembly and a safety briefing are arranged for the next day after delivery (subject to availability of third‑party service partners). Minor scheduling delays may occur. If you postpone or refuse assembly, the return window does not extend; it runs from the original delivery date.

8. Damage in Transit

At delivery: if visible damage exists, refuse delivery and note the reason with the driver; or sign “UNCHECKED” if you cannot inspect immediately.
If possible, contact along support immediately by WhatsApp or phone. Then follow the steps below.
Report within 48 hours to hey@weridealong.com (or via the website contact form) with your order number, photos/videos and a description. Claims after 48 hours may be denied.

9. Cancellations (before dispatch)

You may cancel only before the order has been dispatched. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled and will be handled as a return under the Shipping & Returns Policy.

10. Returns & Exchanges (change‑of‑mind)

Key condition: Returns are accepted only if assembly has not taken place and all boxes remain fully sealed in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation. No returns if any box is opened.

Window: within 7 days from delivery.
Return shipping: For change‑of‑mind returns, you pay return shipping. For defective items, along covers shipping.
Process: Contact us first (WhatsApp, website contact form, or hey@weridealong.com) for return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Inspection & refunds: Refund timing begins once the Product is received and inspected by our technician. Refunds are issued in a couple of days and up to 14 working days after inspection.
Method: Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Non‑returnable: Products that have been used, assembled, or had their packaging opened. Special orders are handled separately.

11. Warranty

Warranty coverage is provided in the Warranty Policy (manufacturing defects only; UAE; original buyer; frame 3 years; all other parts 18 months; exclusions apply). The Warranty Policy forms part of these Terms.

12. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profit or opportunity).
Our total liability in connection with a Contract shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
Nothing limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Force Majeure

We are not in breach (or liable) for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to carrier delays, regulatory actions, emergencies, or extreme weather).

14. Promotions

Promotional offers are subject to availability and any applicable promotion‑specific terms. In case of conflict, the promotion‑specific terms apply alongside these Terms.

15. Data & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
