We collect only what we need to operate our business, fulfil orders, and improve your experience.
- Identity & contact data: name, email, phone, delivery/billing address (incl. emirate and country).
- Order data: items purchased, serial numbers (for warranties), delivery/assembly preferences, support history.
- Service interactions: messages via website forms, email, WhatsApp, phone, and notes from in‑person test rides.
- Website & device data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions (for analytics and site security).
- Cookies & similar tech: analytics/measurement, performance, functional, and marketing cookies (see section 4).
- Live chat & referral programs: chat transcripts and referral events needed to operate those services and prevent abuse.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers or CVV on our systems.
3) How we use your data (legal bases)
- Contract: to take and fulfil orders; arrange delivery, assembly, and safety briefing; provide customer support and warranty service.
- Legitimate interests: to operate and protect our website; improve products and services; measure performance; prevent fraud/abuse; run referral programs.

6) Sharing your data
We share data with trusted service providers where necessary to run our business. These providers must keep your data secure and use it only on our instructions.

- Logistics & assembly partners (delivery, next‑day assembly, returns collection).

Our CRM platform and certain service providers may process and store personal data in data centres located outside the United Arab Emirates, including the United States.
