Yes, absolutely. We encourage you to bring the whole family to see how everyone feels on along. For safety, helmets are required for kids during the test ride, and you’ll need to bring your own as we do not provide them.

You can order directly through our website. We recommend booking a test ride first to decide on the model. We will deliver along to your door anywhere in the United Arab Emirates, with at home assembly and a safety briefing the next day.

5 years on the frame and 18 months on all other parts (including battery and motor). Terms and conditions apply.

You can return your along within 7 days of delivery if the box is still sealed and the bike hasn’t been used. To qualify for a full refund, the bike must be sent back in its original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded

Assembly and safety briefing happen at home the day after delivery. Ongoing service and support are also provided at home

Two wheel cargo bikes are more agile and compact, while the three wheel is built for stability and family comfort. The ride feels different, and it may take a few minutes or even hours of practice to get used to a two-wheeler. The best way to know which style suits you is to book a test ride and experience the difference yourself.

Yes. All models are CE certified and equipped with hydraulic disc brakes, integrated lights, and reflective tires. E-models are capped at 25 km/h for safety and compliance with UAE and European standards. The battery capacity is strictly limited in line with EU safety regulations to reduce fire hazards and ensure safe performance.

Always make sure children wear helmets, fasten their seat belts, and are never left unattended inside the cargo box.

Along bikes are designed for cycling paths only . Riding on main roads or pedestrian only sidewalks is strictly not allowed under RTA regulations. For details, see the RTA cycle use resolution.

All frames are crafted from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, built under strict quality standards for durability, strength, and precise construction.

Yes. The basket expands to 100 L in seconds when you need space and folds flat when you don’t , compact for everyday rides, spacious when needed.

Yes,  with the optional double child seat (for 2 kids, up to 40 kg combined) and secure harnesses, the box is designed for a smooth, safe ride. It can also fit bigger kids as long as the 40 kg load limit is respected.

The basket is made mainly from stainless steel for strength and polyester padding for durability and comfort.

Sunshade and the double child seat with harnesses are available as add-ons.

Up to 150 kg total (rider + cargo). The three-wheel design adds stability for family rides.

Nest comes with a built-in child seating layout that can accommodate up to 4 kids, facing each other (2 on each side), with safety belts.

Yes. The Nest’s box includes a front door that makes it easy for kids to get in and out safely and comfortably.

Sunshade

EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) is a lightweight, impact-absorbing, and durable material. It helps keep passengers safer and more comfortable by soaking up bumps, resisting dents, and retaining its shape over time. The same material is widely used in car parts and other safety gear, making it a trusted choice for protecting families.

The Long can be equipped with optional side panels, giving extra flexibility for carrying cargo securely.

Not yet. We are working on designing a safety harness system to keep children secured. For now, the Long comes with optional side panels and can accommodate adults or bigger kids in the cargo area.
