Every bike from along includes Along Care, our complete support package designed to keep your bike safe, reliable, and performing at its best from day one. Along Care combines long-term warranty coverage, free at-home service, and access to a trusted network of certified at home service partners across the UAE.

Warranty Coverage

Your bike is protected by a 3-year frame warranty and 18-month warranty on all other components. Warranty coverage applies under normal use and regular servicing. Full terms, conditions, and coverage details are available in our Warranty Policy, where you can learn more .

Free At-Home Service

A certified Along Care service partner visits your home after delivery to complete a full quality check and safety briefing. A free follow-up at-home service after 3 months is also included, helping ensure everything continues to run smoothly.
